Acceptance

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or signing a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Services Description

Graceline provides manpower supply, contract staffing, facility management, and HR consulting services, including housekeeping, hotel, and hospital support staffing. The specific scope, rates, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in the individual service agreement or work order executed between the parties.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about staffing requirements and the work environment.
• Ensure a safe and lawful workplace for personnel deployed by Graceline.
• Make timely payment of agreed fees as set out in the applicable service agreement.
• Comply with all applicable labour, safety, and other regulations relating to the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graceline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.
